It is said – breakfast is the most important meal of the day. And starting the day with a good breakfast, a sensible breakfast helps keep the snacking in check.
I know a lot of people who never eat breakfast. They remain healthy, slim, alert and with no temptation to snacking.
I am not suggesting do not eat breakfast but instead wondering whether either way is okay.
Eating healthily every day is probably the better gauge than the must eat breakfast debate.
In other words, breakfast is an important meal but for some people, it is lunch or dinner. The bottom line – it is about what you eat and how much.
