Singing helps the body relax or rather if it is a sad song then tenses it up. The point is singing can be good for you.

In the shower when you feel you are in a private moment singing can make shower time fun.

Music, sound, singing can change a mood or it can reinforce it. Use singing to make you feel better and then allow it to carry you through the day.

Sing with attitude.
