Some habits blow the finances out of the water but there are 4 main consistent habits which are draining.
The 4 I am speaking of are as follows: Smoking, Alcohol, Drugs and Gambling. This list could be expanded but the main culprits are these four.
Smokers could spend over a $100 at a minimum per week on cigarettes, accumulated over a year $5200. Alcohol could easily match that figure and while those addicted to drugs and gambling would blow the budget out of the water. None of these habits are financially and healthily good for you.
It is easy to see why addiction can lead to crime. With the mounting expenses of daily living I struggle to understand how an average person can keep up even one of these habits.
Strive toward dropping the majority of these habits, if not all of them. It will save you a great deal of money and stress. Your body and pockets will thank you.
