It is something we don’t think about, but it is important – fresh air. We become so accustomed to living indoors and sometimes stuck in front of a computer or television that we forget to get outside for fresh air.
Regardless of the air quality outside our lungs do need to take in the breeze and air which circulates outside of our homes.
Fresh air is also good for your mind and memory. A brisk walk in the fresh air not only makes you feel good to stretch yourself but it is also good for your respiratory system.
Don’t become a hermit, step outside and take a deep breath and enjoy the outside air.
