Are you doing your morning stretch? It is a good way to start the day and regardless of what you think – a good stretch is a good stretch.
I like to do my morning stretch after I get out of bed. I simply raise my arms and this allows my sleepy energy feel my arms stretch awakening my body. My legs also could do with a good stretch but for me I opt for a simple walk outside – pj’s and all.
