Guilt Free Eating C.17.08.15

It would be wonderful if there was a way to carelessly eat without the guilt. Basic common sense about food is a start. But let us put that aside and consider eating fresh. That is eating vegetables and fruits.

Sweets are such a temptation but in my thinking we need to have treats now and then to feel good about ourselves.

We tend to model ourselves by what is written in magazines and what is shown on our TV screens.

In the end being able to eat guilt free is a state of mind. Provided we are sensible and not eat excessively then a few curves here and there is okay.
