Eggs are good for you and they provide protein. Eggs are generally very reasonably priced. It is sometimes a good idea to supplement your diet with eggs. I do it simple and have scrambled eggs because they are easy to make and I can add a lot of things to them.
Hard boiled eggs are easy to make. Pop the eggs in a pot of water bring to the boil, easy. Fried eggs are another alternative especially with bacon. Put a bit of oil in a pan and crack an egg and let it cook.
