Rest is a healthy choice. We need to take time out now and then to allow ourselves to regenerate. We live in a stressful environment and too often we forget to stop. It is generally at the point of collapse we stop and think it is time to rest.
Each day put aside a moment of rest, a moment of time out. It will be very therapeutic for you to slow down and release.
Daily time out is a healthy choice and good for your body. I do my one hour of nonsense each day, generally watching something silly on TV but it is a wonderful way to relax.
