It is amazing how we think everyone feels about us as we feel about ourselves but the truth is there is a difference.
We have an intimate reaction to ourselves and can be rather critical. When I think of myself I tend to be very harsh. I find flaws in what I wear, how I look and the silly things I say. And yet there are people out there who see me differently.
No matter what we think of ourselves our peers view us differently. I could be as ridiculous in thinking I am being nice while people seeing me think I am obnoxious.
No matter how hard we try to be the person we want to be we end up being the person we really are.
The moral to this story is to be yourself and allow the people around you to accept you as you are.
