What is the first thing an ambulance or hospitals do when someone is suffering a possible heart condition or vertigo or something similar?
The first thing they do is put you on oxygen. Oxygen is something we can deliberately do ourselves. But when in a state of emergency the placing of a mask to breathe is a must.
Breathing is a simple task we do without thinking but it is a major necessity when we are not well. Our bodies falter to breathe efficiently.
Therefore make it a regular habit to do breathing exercises daily to enhance your system.
When you feel a headache or chest pain start then taking deep breaths will allow the oxygen to the brain.
Of course this is not medical advice, just common sense, one I have been reminded of.
