Meditation is a purpose filled moment when you take time out for yourself. There are many versions of how meditation should be conducted but all in all it is a moment of peace and reflection.
I do not meditate but I do like to sit in a comfortable chair with a cup of tea and think. I allow my mind to quieten and let it wander as it pleases.
Sometimes in these states I find myself moving into a different world where I can fantasise of a different existence.
Meditation does not need to be observed in the traditional sense but rather as a time to yourself to escape to inside your mind.
