Water is a soothing therapy. Not only is the sound of water therapeutic but also the feel of water.
We are made up of mostly water and therefore gravitate toward its many healing properties.
Water is refreshing and when and where possible I love to spend time by the ocean. I enjoy walking along the waters edge feeling the coolness and crispness of the water.
I also feel taking a shower and indulging in the cascade of the water over my body very refreshing.
Water is a human component for survival and it is also a human component for revival.
Enjoy the feeling of water when you have the opportunity and most importantly drink a lot of water in lieu of other liquids for a truly refreshing drink.
